2.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chemtron Inc. governing your access to and use of chemtroninc.com and the purchase of products available thereon. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or purchase any products from us.

2.2 Eligibility

By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2.3 Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products and their attributes as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, or other content on our Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product.

All product specifications including dimensions, weights, and materials are subject to change without notice.

2.4 Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Product unavailability or inventory errors.
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
Errors in product pricing or product descriptions.
Failure of payment authorization.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs upon shipment of the ordered products.

2.5 Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Sales tax will be applied to orders where required by applicable law.

2.6 Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over for delivery.

Chemtron Inc. is not liable for delays caused by customs, import duties, or taxes which may be levied on international shipments. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

2.7 Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Chemtron Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from our Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

2.8 User Conduct

By using our Site, you agree not to:

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

2.12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Chemtron Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement claims.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Site after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.14 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
